At SSTubes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your new apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your SSTubes account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is unworn and in its original condition.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
